Transportation for overnight campers

By air

If you are going to fly to Bulldog Rowing Camp, please plan your flight to arrive at Hartford's Bradley International Airport before 5:00 pm on the following days:

Week 1: Tuesday July 5, 2011
Week 2: Monday July 11, 2011
Week 3: Monday July 18, 2011
Week 4: Monday July 25, 2011

Campers will be picked up in the lobby of the Sheraton Bradley at 5 pm. It's the only hotel inside the airport. (There are comfortable chairs, a TV, a restaurant, and a Starbucks in the lobby.)

When you land, turn on your cell phone and check for messages from the coach picking you up at Bradley. That cell phone number will be posted here in July. Feel free to call the coach when you land as well.

The 'pick-up coach' will try to meet you at the baggage claim; he will be wearing Bulldog Rowing Camp gear.

If he can't be there when you arrive, he is most likely picking up other campers that arrive at the same time. Get your bags from baggage claim and proceed directly to the Sheraton Bradley.

Make yourself at home and the coach will be there shortly. Don't worry if your flight is delayed, we'll wait for you.

We need to know your flight information 10 days before you are due to arrive. Either fill out the information on the registration site, or e-mail it to: coaches@bulldogrowingcamp.com  Last minute changes within 10 days of arrival should be e-mailed.

For return flights on the last day of camp (see below for exact dates), please arrange for departure no earlier than 2:00 pm.

Week 1: Saturday July 9, 2011
Week 2: Saturday July 16, 2011
Week 3: Saturday July 23, 2011
Week 4: Saturday, July 30, 2011
